Learned APP on instructions from Sub Divisional Police Officer, Wai, District Satara submitted that, trial of the Petitioner in Special MCOC Case No. 117 of 2020 has commenced and prosecution as of 5th December, 2022 has examined 19 witnesses. That, 41 more witnesses are remained to be examined in the said case.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
