This is an Application for bringing the Legal Representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 on record as the Respondent No.1 has expired on 2nd December, 2022. 2.

The copy of the Death Extract issued by the Government of Karnataka is on record at Exh.B. It is submitted that one of the Legal Representatives of deceased i.e. Respondent No.4 is already on record. However, the proposed Legal Representatives 1A and 1B are required to be brought on record as the Legal Representatives of the deceased. 3.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B of

Bhalchandra 16-Ia-2231-2023.odt the Application.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the Memo of Appeal within two weeks from today by bringing the proposed Legal Representatives on record.

After carrying out the amendment, the amended copy be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Respondents. 6.
