The present petition challenges the judgment and order of the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court dated 27th February, 2015 dismissing the appeal. The controversy between the parties pertains to exclusion of the petitioner from voters list. However, in the meantime the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election of petitioner-society have already been held and therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous. Hence the petition is dismissed. No orders as to the costs. (A.K.MENON, J.)
