The plaintiff is before this Court against the concurrent finding of fact. The Courts below have held that the plaintiff has failed to prove possession over the suit property and the Power of Attorney in favour of the plaintiff by the defendant no.1 has also not been produced on record. No substantial question of law arises. Second Appeal is dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the Second Appeal, Civil Application No.1104 of 2015 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
