Family Court Appeal (st) No.5386 of 2023 not on Board. With the consent of parties taken on Board. We are happy to note that with the intervention of both advocates, the above matter has been settled as recorded in the Consent Terms dated 19th August, 2023.

The Consent Terms have been signed by the Appellant as well as the Respondent. Both, the Appellant and the Respondent, are present in Court today. They have both stated that they have signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. The Consent Terms are also signed by the advocates for the Appellant and the advocates for the Respondent.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 19th August, 2023 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. There shall be an order and decree in terms of the Consent Terms and the above Family Court Appeal is also disposed of in terms thereof.

In view of the disposal of the above Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Though we have disposed of the Appeal, considering that under the Consent Terms, within a period of six months from today, the Appellant husband is supposed to pay one time alimony of Rs.20,00,000/- to the Respondent wife and Rs.20,00,000/- to

his son-Sharmad, we place the above Family Court Appeal on Board for reporting compliance on 20th February, 2024. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
