The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants seeking intervention in the above Writ Petition. The Applicants are the complainants pursuant to whose complaint, action has been taken against the Petitioner who are the managing committee members of the Petitioner No.4 society. The Leaned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioners has no objection to the application being allowed, but she contends that the BGP.

CAW-599-15.doc 17.04.2015 same would be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, in so far as the averments/allegations that have been made in the above Civil Application are concerned. In view of the said statement made by the Learned Counsel for the original Petitioners Ms. Archana Khan, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Applicants are directed to be joined as Respondent Nos.4 to 8 in the above Petition. Amendment to be carried out within one week. On amendment being carried out, the Respondents may file their affidavit in reply and serve a copy on the other side. Since the Petition is pending admission the same to be listed after two weeks. Ad-interim relief if any to continue. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
