This is an application for listing the appeal for final hearing. The appellant is convicted for the offence under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The appellant had expired. The wife of appellant (Applicant) was permitted to pursue the appeal by order dated 23rd February 2021.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is wife of the appellant. Due to conviction of her husband, he was deprived of all the benefits. The applicant is in financial constraints. The appellant had preferred Criminal Application No. 888 of 209 for fixing the appeal for hearing and by order dated 8th July 2019, the said application was allowed by this Court with the varsha
