The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Ms Pavitra Manesh for the Petitioner and the Learned Counsel Mr. N.A. Kulkarni for the Respondent tender consent terms bearing today's date i.e. 31-8-2016, evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms have been signed by Ms. Pavitra Manesh and Mr. N. A. Kulkarni as Advocate for the Petitioner and the Respondents respectively. The consent terms have been signed by the Secretary of the Petitioner Shri Malojiraje Chatrapati and by each of the Respondents. To the said consent terms are annexed statements as regards the amounts due to each of the Respondents in terms of the settlements. The statements in respect of each of the Respondent has been signed by the concerned Respondent. The said statements are paginated from 1 to 28. The Chief Executive Officer of the Petitioner No.1 Mr. Sachin Kulkarni is personally present in court and on being queried he states that the said consent terms are mmj
wp-8273-15-(904).doc acceptable to the Petitioner and the Hon' Secretary Shri Malojiraje Chatrapati has signed them pursuant to the decision taken by the All India Shree Shivaji Memorial Society. The Respondents are not present, however, the Learned Counsel Mr. N. A. Kulkarni states that since the Respondents have signed the statements relating to each of them, the settlement is acceptable to them therefore there is no necessity for their statements to be recorded by this court. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The above Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
