This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. 8/2016, registered with Navghar Police Station. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the said application. The applicant in ABA No.284/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the respondent No.2/original complainant within the said stipulated period.
