A Summary Report' which is now filed, is by deleting the name of the Petitioner. That, the said Report has been accepted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mangalwedha, District Solapur by its Order dated 24th April, 2024. 2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of C.R.No.72 of 2017 registered with Mangalwedha Police Station, Solapur, qua the Petitioner does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
