DATED : 4th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The Learned APP state that on charge-sheet being filed, the trial under Case No. 351 of 2017 is on the verge of completion and on 12/07/2022 the investigating officer is to be examined. She state that the trial of the case shall be concluded in a time bound manner.

The learned Sessions Judge, Kalyan shall record the evidence of the investigating officer on 12/07/2022. Thereafter the statements of the accused persons under section 313 of the Cr.P.C. shall be recorded on or before 22/07/2022.
