For the reasons recorded separately, the following order is passed;
: O R D E R :
[a] Application is allowed.
[b] The applicant - Akash Shrikant Gaud be released on executing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount in connection with C.R. No.15 of 2021 registered with ATS Kalachowky Charkop SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2024.01.17
Unit, Mumbai to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge under MCOC Act, Greater Mumbai.
[c] The applicant shall attend ATS Kalachowky Police Station (Charkop Unit), Mumbai on 2nd and 4th Saturday between 10.00 a.m and 12.00 p.m till the charge is framed. [d] The applicant shall surrender his passport to the Investigating Officer. In case, he has no passport, an affidavit be sworn before the Special Court within two weeks from today.
[e] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Special Court until conclusion of the trial.
[f] The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence. [g] The applicant shall furnish his cell number as well as residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall inform in case of any change in the Cell number or the residential address.
[h] Needless to say that breach of any of the conditions would entitle the prosecution to pray for cancellation of bail.
[i] The applicant shall not indulge in similar offence or any other offence.
