This is the third application filed by the applicant. By this application, the applicant seeks extension of 8 weeks to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 14th February 2020. Perused the papers. On 14th February 2020, the applicant was released on bail on certain terms and conditions i.e. the applicant was directed to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with 2 solvent 1/3

sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, MCOC, Mumbai.

Having regard to the Covid situation and the lock-down, the applicant again approached this Court and sought cash bail for a period of 3 months. The said application was allowed vide order dated 22nd May 2020 passed by this Court (Coram : S. K. Shinde, J.) and the applicant was released on cash bail of Rs. 30,000/- with direction to furnish surety within 3 months in terms of the order dated 14th February 2020. It appears that the applicant again filed an interim application and sought extension of time of 8 weeks to comply with the order dated 14th February 2020. The said application was allowed by this Court (Coram : C. V. Bhadang, J.) vide order dated 28th August 2020. It appears that the applicant is unable to furnish sureties and that the work of acceptance of sureties is taking time. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and by way of last chance, time is extended by a period of 8 weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety as directed vide order dated 14th February 2020. 2/3

Application is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
