In view of the Medical report which is tendered by the Chief Medical Officer, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to move

BA 480-15.odt an application seeking temporary bail on the very same grounds i.e. on health grounds of the applicant. The report which is tendered by the Medical officer shows that at present, the applicant's condition is stable and satisfactory. In view of the said Medical report, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press the application for temporary bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
