The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the decision taken by the State Government has been received by the petitioner vide communication dated 09.02.2017.

In the light of the affidavit filed on behalf of the State, and the communication by the government dated 09.02.2017 and the submissions made by the learned AGP, the contempt petitions stands disposed of.
