The learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset, seek leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make detail representation to respondent No.1 regarding the grievance made in the petitions.

9-wp-11912-18 and 11-wp-13660-18 within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent No.1/Competent Officer shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the representations.

Needless to mention that the respondent No.1 shall decide the said representations independently on its own merit and only after giving opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties. 4.
