The applicant prays that his case registered as C.R.No.178 of 2015 be expedited.

Learned APP submits that it is mentioned in this application by the applicant that he is serving life sentence at Nashik Road Central Prison on his conviction in Sessions Case No.195 of 2004. 3.

The applicant, in the present case, is charged under Sections 397, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter pertains to a crime registered in 2015.

Considering the above, Criminal Application No. 414 of 2016 is disposed of with no orders for the present for expediting the proceedings in C.R. No.178 of 2015.

In view of the disposal of Criminal Application No. 414 of 2016, Criminal Application No. 176 of 2017 does not survive and the same stands disposed of.
