The Learned Additional PP states that the Assistant Charity Commissioner-I, Pune Region, Pune has submitted a report dated 3-1-2018. The said report concludes with the assurance of the Assistant Charity Commissioner that he would try his level best to dispose of the pending reports within a month. In view of the said assurance given by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, it is not necessary to keep the above Criminal Application pending. The above Criminal Application to accordingly stand disposed of in view of the said report.
