Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this Court (Coram. Sandeep K. Shinde, J) by order dated 4th September, 2020 has granted bail to the applicant. While passing the order, this Court has imposed the second condition that, applicant shall attend the concerned police station on the first Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of trial. Learned counsel further submits that trial has commenced and only one witness is 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 50-IA-777-2023.doc examined. So far applicant is attending the trial regularly. Applicant working in one shop. It is very difficult to him to attend the police station regularly. Hence, requested to relax/modify the condition. 3.

Learned APP submits that, the condition imposed by this Court is proper and no interference is required in it. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Admittedly, the trial has commenced and only one witness is examined. Applicant working in one shop.

In view of above, the condition no.2 imposed by this Court (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J) by order dated 4th September, 2020 is relaxed/modified as under.

"He shall attend the concerned police station once in six month on any Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of trial."
