Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) by order dated 13th August 2019 has granted bail to the Applicant. While passing the order, this Court has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on the first Saturday of every month, between 10:00 am to 11:00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial. Learned Counsel for the Applicant further submits that the Applicant working in company and it is difficult to him to attend the Police Station and Court regularly as the trial has commenced. Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 3.

I have heard both learned Counsels.

Admittedly, the trial has commenced and only one witness is examined. The Applicant is working in company. 5.

In view of the above, the condition No.3 imposed by this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) by order dated 13th August 2019 is relaxed/modified as under:

"(iii)Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a six months on any Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial." 6.
