The Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners states that the Petitioners would be satisfied if the Revisionary Authority i.e. the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division is directed to pass an order on the stay application filed by the Respondent No.1 in the Revision Application No.51 of 2016. Since the application for stay according to the Learned Senior Counsel has been heard as is indicated by the Roznama of 08.02.2016 annexed to the above Petition. The Revisionary Authority i.e. the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division is directed to pass orders on the said stay application latest by 15.03.2016. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
