By a detailed order dated 17 March 2020, the Applicants have been granted interim protection, subject to condition. It is submitted that the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and have cooperated in the investigation. 3.

Considering the nature of the allegations and having regard to the fact that the Complainant has no objection for confirmation of the interim protection which is operating from 17 March 2020, the Criminal Application is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 17 March 2020, which is hereby made absolute.
