At the outset learned counsel for the Applicant concedes that there are proclamations pending against him issued by Consumer Court, Belapur. He submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this application, at this stage, with liberty to the Applicant to approach this Court for anticipatory bail, once the proclamation orders are set aside. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn at this stage, with liberty to the Applicant to approach this Court again for anticipatory bail, once all the proclamation orders issued against him are set aside. 3.

The application is not heard on merits.
