This is an application for recalling the order dated 13.7.2016 passed by this Court. By that order, Writ Petition No.3418 of 2013 was dismissed in default as neither the petitioner nor his Advocate appeared when the matter was on board. For the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to the file of its original position.
