By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 37 days in filing the present appeal from order. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. I have perused the civil application as well as the affidavit-in-reply. After perusing the reasons recorded in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application, I am satisfied that the delay of 37 days in filing the present appeal from order is satisfactorily explained. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 37 days in filing the present appeal from order is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicants are directed to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If all office objections are removed by the applicants within the time prescribed, place the matter on board for 'Admission' on 8th February 2016. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
