The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 3rd March 2016 which is marked `X-1' for identification. The letter is addressed to her by the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhor, District Pune. We accept the statements made in the said letter. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed an apprehension that the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhor may be influenced by the fact that the petitioner has filed the present petition making a grievance about the stand taken by the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer, Bhor had requested for transfer the Appeal preferred by the petitioner only on the ground that he is over burdened with the appellate work. Now, he has agreed to decide the Appeal. Hence, there is no

wp2570 basis for any such apprehension.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

(I) The Sub Divisional Officer, Bhor shall proceed to decide the pending Appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31st May 2016;

(II) Writ petition is disposed of on above terms.
