By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR registered qua the petitioners, with the Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane, vide C.R. No.121 of 2019.

Learned APP states that the police have filed a 'B' Summary Report, in the said case. Learned APP has tendered a report of the concerned Police Inspector (Crime), Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane dated 9th November 2022, evidencing the same. The same is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such all contentions of the parties are kept open. Needless to also state, that it is always open for the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if the occasion so arises.
