Prayer clause - 'a' in Civil Application No. 474 of 2018 mentions that the stay granted on 24/02/2017 be vacated. Now there is consensus amongst both the sides that the Appellant has complied with conditions imposed while grating stay. Apart from that there is also prayer in Civil Application that Appeal be heard expeditiously. There is also consensus. 3.

In view of that following Order is passed:- (i)The prayer for vacating the stay order is rejected.
