Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset makes a statement that the Petitioner is restricting this petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (c) only. The statement is accepted. 2.

Prayer clause (c) reads as follows :- " (c) The Respondent No.2 directed to decide the representation dated 21/04/2016 in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP 5258 of 2012. "

The learned AGP has no objection if the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21st April, 2016.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.2 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik, Dist. Nashik to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 21st April, 2016, copy of which is annexed at page 27 of the petition (Exhibit G), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 5.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the respective claims and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said representation independently on its own merits and in accordance with the law.

In order to enable the Respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before him alongwith copy of this order as well as copy of the said representation on 09th April, 2018. 7.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
