Learned counsel for the petitioner makes similar statement withdrawing allegations against respondent nos. 4 and 5. Statements are accepted. In view of the statement made by the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

No order as to costs.

In view of the withdrawal of the Writ Petition, the Civil Application No. 481 of 2018 pending in the Petition, does not survive. Same is also disposed of.
