In Crime No. 842/2018 registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune Rural for offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 149, 325, 324, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

Apart from cross complaint what can be noticed is, the civil

2 912.459.19 aba.doc dispute at the behest of the applicant is already pending. The role attributed to the applicant is use of a wooden log in the commission of crime which is already recovered. The other main accused in the crime in question were already arrested and from the order of the Sessions Court while rejecting the bail application, the observations is, investigation in the matter is already over.

That being so, case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. (A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 842/2018 registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune Rural, applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 27/02/2019, 04/03/2019, 06/03/2019 and 08/03/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
