Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison, Class-1, Pune-6 submitted that, the Petitioner is being given all the remissions as may be permissible under the law and Rules framed thereunder. That, the Petitioner will be released from Jail on 1st April 2023 after undergoing entire sentence including remissions. 2.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
