Learned APP tenders a letter dated 06.10.2022 received from Senior Superintendent Kolhapur Central Jail, Kalamba which states that the case of the Petitioner has already been categorized and he has been directed to undergo 24 years of imprisonment, including remission.

2. In that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. Writ Petition stands disposed of.

3. In view of the disposal of the Petition, Interim Application No. 3419 of 2021 also stands disposed of.
