This petition is filed by the petitioner challenging an order passed by the appeal bench rejecting revision application whereby the petitioner had challenged the trial court's decision to exhibit certain documents.

At this stage when the suit is pending, I see no reason why this court should interfere. Writ petition therefore, stands rejected. At the same time, the petitioner's right to raise all grounds in their appeal including the grounds in this petition are kept open. (K.R.SHRIRAM, J.)
