1] In this writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner was for regularisation of her services. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been regularized on 3.7.2013 and not from the date when her similarly situated colleagues were regularised, which was on a much earlier date. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the fact that the petitioner has been regularised, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a detail representation before the respondents in relation to granting her earlier date of regularization.

3] In view of withdrawal of Writ Petition No. 3806 of 2012, Civil Application No. 617 of 2018 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
