After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to entertain the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned counsel for the applicants sought leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate application seeking the applicants discharge from the case, before the appropriate Court.

Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an application for discharge is preferred by the applicants, the learned Judge to decide the same expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.

Needless to state that, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
