The learned Counsel for the appellants/power of attorney holder, is present and the learned Counsel for the original landlords, who have executed the power of attorney in favour of the appellants are present. The learned Counsel for both the sides submit that the original landlords have terminated the power of attorney executed by them in favour of the appellants on 26.2.2015. He also submitted that the original landlords, who are the original parties, before the Court, do not want to pursue this 1 / 2

caa.1434.2015_907n39.doc matter and want to withdraw the appeal. The learned Counsel for the appellants / power of attorney is also present and he concedes for the same.

In view of these submissions, as the parties do not want to pursue the appeal and the applications, they are allowed to withdraw the appeal and civil applications. The appeal and the Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
