Smt. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions informs that since the petitioner was already charge-sheeted on 25/01/2018 before the Juvenile Court, Bhiwandi.

None for the petitioner.

The challenge is to the registration of FIR in the aforesaid crime bearing C.R. No. I 591/2017 in which charge-sheet is already filed. 4.

In that view of the matter, in our opinion the petition no more survives and stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternate remedy including that of moving a prayer for discharge. If such prayer is made, the same be considered in accordance with law.
