Pursuant to the order dated 5th May, 2016 passed by this court, Mr.Sudesh Kumar Gupta, the proposed arbitrator has filed statement of disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted. 2.

Mr.Sudesh Kumar Gupta, Additional Director General (Contracts) is appointed as a sole arbitrator. There is no dispute that arbitration agreement exists between the parties.

All other issues on merits are kept open.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
