Learned APP states on instructions, of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, that the charge-sheet in the said case will be filed within one week from today. He, further, states on instructions that the applicants have been attending the concerned Police Station on every Sunday, as directed vide order dated 14th September, 2017 and as such no further attendance is required. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, it is not necessary to modify the

2/2 920-appln.126.2018.doc operative part of clause (c) of the order dated 14th September, 2017. As far as clause (d) i.e. The applicants shall not leave India without permission of this Court, is concerned, the applicants are always at liberty to file an application and take permission of the trial Court before leaving India. If such an application is filed, the learned Judge shall decide the same as expeditiously as possibly, and in any event, within one week from filing of the application.

It is always open for the applicants to seek complete modification/relaxation of clause (d) of the order dated 14th September, 2017, after six months.

The Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
