Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking early hearing of the W.P. No.800 of 2016 on the ground that the Applicant'

s retirement is due on 30th June, 1/3

2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, earlier they had preferred Civil Application No.980/18 for the same relief. At that time, this court by order dated 20/08/18 granted liberty to the applicant to move for the same relief in January 2019. Hence, they preferred present Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, averments made in the Civil Application and as the applicant is due for retirement on 30th June, 2021, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application.

Hence, the following order.

a) Hearing of W.P. No. 800 of 2016 is expedited.

b) Registry is directed to place W.P.

No.800 of 2016 for final hearing in weekly 2/3

board in the list of expedited matters, as per it'

s turn.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d) No order as to cost.
