The application is moved for the modification of the order dated 1st February, 2016 passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has directed the applicant to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. He submits that it is difficult for the applicant to furnish local sureties and therefore he be allowed to furnish surety from the native place of the applicant. Vishal 1 / 2

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the order dated 1st February, 2016 is modified as under. 3.

The clause (a) of the order dated 1st February, 2016 in Bail Application No. 1647 of 2015 that "on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount" is modified and now the applicant to furnish one local solvent surety of Rs. 15,000/- and one solvent surety of Rs. 35,000/- from the State of Maharashtra. Other conditions of the order remain same. 4.
