Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP through video conferencing.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.210 of 2020 at Shahupuri Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 420, 409, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The applicant shall surrender before the Special Court on or before 2nd September 2020. The applicant stands protected till 5.00 pm of 2nd September 2020. The learned Special Court under Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1999 shall decide the application under section 437 of the Cr.P.C. without being influenced by withdrawal of this application.
