P.C.:- At the outset, the learned AGP raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 23rd April, 2018 passed by the District Superintendent, Land Records, District Raigad, Alibag a substantive Revision under Section 257 of Land Revenue Code lies before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division is maintainable. 2.

In view thereof, Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a substantive statutory Revision before the said Authority. Leave and liberty granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn, with aforesaid 1/2

Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, submitted that, the Petitioners will prefer the said Revision within a period of three weeks from today.
