By an order dated 19/01/2016, this Court (Coram: Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) had enlarged applicants on bail, pending appeal, on condition that applicants shall furnish bail bonds within 4 weeks from 19/01/2016. 2) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since fresh bonds could not be verified within the stipulated time, applicants could not furnish bail bonds within the time stipulated. In fact, time has expired on 19/02/2016, however, learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to his personal ism

Upon failure to furnish fresh bail bonds within the stipulated time, Sessions Court shall issue non-bailable warrant against accused calling upon them to serve the rest of the substantive sentence.
