We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 and the learned AGP for the State.

The limited prayer the petitioners want to agitate is that the respondents be directed to decide the representations filed by them regarding their transfer.

In case the representations filed by the petitioners are pending with the respondent no.2 with regard to their transfer, then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, policy and circular expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks.
