The above application has been filed for quashing of the proceedings being CC No.322 of 2017 arising out of C.R. No. 118 of 2015, registered with Mundhwa Police Station, Pune. However, one fact has been intervened namely that the application for discharge filed by the applicants has been rejected by the trial court. The applicant seems to be aggrieved by the said order. If that be so, the applicants have the remedy

If on filing of the revision before the appropriate Court, the issue of limitation arises, then the fact that the applicants had filed the above application in this Court on 22nd February, 2018 and is disposed of by the instant order today, would be taken into consideration by the concerned Court, whist adjudicating upon the issue of limitation.
