This is an application seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bonds. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in fact, the applicant has given details of the sureties. However, there was a delay on the part of the Andheri MIDC Police Station and there was delay in sending the verification report. Hence, the applicant seeks extension of time for furnishing fresh bail bonds. Time is extended by way of last chance by 3 weeks.
