This second appeal seeks recall of a self-operative rejection order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed by recalling that order and restoring the appeal. The Applicant / Appellant shall now remove all office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which the appeal shall stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter V of the Bombay High Court (Appellate Side) Rules without reference to this court. In case office objections are removed within time, office shall number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 17 April 2017. In case the Appellant / Applicant wants any ad-interim relief in the matter, he will have to give a private notice to the Respondents.
