The petitioner participated in the tender process. Technical bid was opened. Petitioner approaches this Court raising objection to the tender conditions. Learned Counsel appearing for Corporation submits that the petitioner was disqualified after the technical bids were opened. There were total four persons who submitted valid tenders. Out of which one was found to be eligible. Three participants were found ineligible. It is

The petitioner admittedly participated in the tender process and thereafter, raising issues concerning the very process in the present writ petition.
